By Air and Ferry
The quickest route is to fly into Koh Samui Airport (USM), followed by a ferry from Bangrak or Maenam to Thong Sala Pier on Koh Phangan. The ferry ride takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

By Train or Bus and Ferry
From Bangkok, travelers can take a sleeper train or bus to Surat Thani. From there, a bus continues to Donsak Pier, where ferries connect to Koh Phangan in about 2.5 to 3 hours.
